1. Where are you located?

2. I don’t live in SJ or near the store. Do you ship across the island or outside the island?

We offer a number of options to receive your purchases. We offer in store or curb side pick-up if you know someone in town or we can ship it for you. Please refer to our shipping information

3. What if I purchase a gift for someone else and it doesn’t fit? Can the recipient return it?

Please refer to our return policy.

4. How do I know which size clothing or shoes to order? If I order something online and it doesn’t fit, am I able to return it?

Before selecting a size please refer to link to sizing charts and if you still aren’t sure, feel free to call the store and one of our associates would be happy to assist or answer any questions. If your purchase still is not the perfect fit, then please refer to our return policy to make it right.

5. Can I try on items in the store?

Of course! We offer private dressing rooms and expert advice to make sure you not only make the perfect selections but that you get the right fit for you.

6. What if I wish to purchase something online or in store that is currently out of stock?

We would gladly place an order for an out of stock or custom item assuming it’s still available from our supplier. Please contact us for details. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for special orders which will be applied against the balance owing upon arrival.

7. Do you sell gift cards?

We are happy to provide gift cards in any denomination making it easier when you just can’t decide what to get that special athlete.

8. Is the website safe to take payments?

Shopify is PCI level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance. It's always PCI compliant and fully secure for payment processing. So you can accept payments without thinking about credit card security.
